I had a very tight deadline for the production of my hearth and even tho they were very busy they managed to accommodate this deadline and deliver 2 days early! The communication was excellent. The delivery was great. The packaging the item came in was solid, robust and protected the hearth. And the slate itself is second to none... simply a beautiful piece of slate which oozes quality and craftsmanship. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
